Fathers day

This was my favourite gift we put together. I asked Button a set of questions about dad and then got her to draw a picture of him. I put the questions, her responses and her picture in a scrap book with her age and each year I will get her to do the same so we have a collection of them to look back on.

Sweet burger and chips. This was one of our better bakes and a lot of fun to do. Button baked plain cupcakes for the buns and chocolate brownies for the burger. The icings were green for lettuce, red for tomate sauce and yellow for cheese. the chips were sugar biscuits and as we only needed a few chips we had enough biscuit dough to make "I love you daddy" biscuits. Dad loved these and they tasted pretty good . I got the paper sheet trays and fathers day bags printed from pintrest.

Button and I planned a yummy breakfast for Dad to start our day off with a smile.

We laid out a croissant bar with lots of different fillings and milkshakes. We also made a watermelon bbq so we had some healthy fresh fruit as well.

It was a lot of fun and Dad loved (and demolished) it all!
